This Privacy Policy explains how Portacall ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile game Desteva: Card Match Puzzle (the "Game") on Android and iOS.

1. Summary

• The Game does not require an account and we do not ask for your name, email address or other contact details.
• We do not operate our own servers for the Game. Your game progress is stored only on your device.
• The Game shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device data as described below.
• Payments for the optional "Remove Ads" subscription are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see your payment details.

2. Information stored on your device

The Game saves your progress, settings, coins, album and ad-related counters (for example, how many levels you finished since the last ad, and whether your "Remove Ads" subscription is active) in the device's local storage. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. Uninstalling the Game deletes it.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Game uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to show interstitial and optional rewarded ads. To deliver and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect and process information such as:

• device advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / Apple IDFA, where permitted),
• IP address and approximate location derived from it,
• device and operating system information,
• ad interaction data (for example, ad views and taps) and diagnostic data.

Where required by law (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), the Game asks for your consent through Google's consent form before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in the Game under Settings → Privacy options. You can also reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

4. In-app purchases

The optional "Remove Ads" monthly subscription is purchased through Google Play Billing or the Apple App Store. These stores process your payment and share with the Game only the information needed to confirm your purchase (such as the product and purchase status). We do not receive or store your payment card details. Purchases are governed by the privacy policy of Google or Apple.

5. How we use information

We do not collect personal information ourselves. Information processed by Google as described above is used to show and measure ads, to process purchases, and to keep the services secure. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data retention and deletion

Game data on your device is kept until you uninstall the Game or clear its data. Data collected by Google is retained according to Google's policies. Because we do not hold personal data on our side, there is no account to delete; if you have a question or request, contact us at the address below.

7. Children

The Game is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, please contact us.

8. Security

Communication between the Game and Google's services uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. For data processed by Google, you can exercise these rights through Google. For any other request, contact us.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
